Adam Roseman is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ARC China, Inc. which is a merchant banking entity which expanded its presence after one year of focus in the China market by opening a headquarters in Shanghai. New staff was hired in order to perform the necessary deal sourcing, on-the-ground due diligence and lending support to already existing portfolio companies.
ARC China, as a private equity investment firm, specializes in pre-IPO growth and capital investments. ARC China focuses its resources primarily on investing in sectors concerned with renewable energy; consumer goods; service industries; healthcare; domestic infrastructure and education, and crop development. ARC China prefers investments in businesses with capital needs maxing out at $100 million, and concentrates its investing in a few geographical localities including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou province; Chengdu, Sichuan province; Xiamen, Fujian province; Shenyang, Liaoning province; Harbin, Heilongjiang province, and Xi’an, Shaanxi province.
