Chris Koziol is Aspect’s President and GM of Interaction Management. He has over two-and-a-half decades in the field of the management and direction of high-growth, mature and start-up tech companies. In his current role at the firm, Koziol works toward assuring Aspect successfully meets its clientele requirement and that there is 100 percent customer satisfaction. He also leads the alignment of the company’s operational processes so as to escalate efficiency and facilitate how its customers work with the company. He leads the way for escalating strategic business initiatives and promoting quality throughout the business. Koziol brings both focus and cross-functional experience to his position.
