Lizanne Teitelbaum, who is the daughter of Dr. Seymour Teitelbaum and Lilian Ostrovsky de Teitelbaum of Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., and Buenos Aires, was married was married in New York to Mr. Barry Rosenstein. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Rosenstein of West Orange, N.J. Rabbi David Kahane and Cantor Dov Kerin officiated at the wedding at the Plaza.

The bride, who graduated cum laude ffom Barnard College, studied for an M.B.A. degree at Columbia University. Her father is the head of dental and oral surgery at the Phelps Memorial Hospital in North Tarrytown, N.Y.

Mr. Barry Rosenstein, a corporate takeover specialist who worked with Asher Edelman, a financier, graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Lehigh University and received an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton Business School. His father is one of the senior partners in the tax accounting firm of Rosenstein, Schantz & Jacobson in Cranford, N.J. Today they have three children.
