Bill Holmes was appointed Head of Human Resources – Reebok Brand of Reebok International Ltd. in the beginning of 2006. This puts him in charge of HR support for the organization while aligning the HR management practices with the strategic direction. Holmes is responsible for: talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition and employee relations. He has worked in a variety HR-based positions in the company since joining, spanning all business functions and divisions, including Reebok, Rockport, Greg Norman Collection, and the Sports Licensed Division. Holmes has been with the firm since 1994.
