David Herzog is VP of Professional Services and Global Educational Services at Aspect. In these roles, he delivers Customer Value for the company’s implementations, training, and consulting engagements. As a team member, he is committed to developing solid relationships and achieving positive end-results for all its clients. Prior to his current position at Aspect, Herzog was international leader of the company’s Customer Experience and Product Management. In this role, he participated in leading a project for APAC and Middle East. Other positions Herzog has held at the company include: regional VP (whereby he was in charge of driving revenue growth and profitability for National Accounts; responsibility for sales for the southwest and south central regions).
