Domenic J. Dell’Osso Jr. became CFO and Executive VP of Chesapeake Energy toward the end of 2010. Prior to this appointment, he was VP of Finance and also CFO of Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P. for just over two years. Dell’Osso also played a principal role in the establishment of the company’s midstream joint-venture and its launch thereafter as a publicly-traded MLP.
