Frank A. Natoli Jr. became Executive VP and Chief Innovation Officer at Diebold Inc. at the end of 2011. He supervises the activities of the new international R&D organization. This incorporates the alliance between all of the firm’s international engineering, marketing product management and technology groups. Further, he is responsible for developing the company’s vision and future development of interconnected technologies and solutions. Natoli was also VP and CTO of the company, before taking on his current executive role. In his previous position, he supervised and led the international development efforts and process for its new ATM security products and deposit automation solutions. In addition he was VP of Operational Excellence and VP of Business Transformation. Natoli has been with Diebold since 2005.
