Kathryn McGinley has been Director of Global Customer Support for Blue Slate LLC since the end of 2008. Her role at the firm initially was to set up customer service branches for two of the portfolio companies: Simpact Dental and Extremity Medical. After she had brought in more staff members to supply domestic customer service, her role moved over to “strengthening the international distributor network, while providing support to more than 20 markets.” As part of this McGinley is involved in the supervision of: regulatory submissions, contracts, pricing proposals, forecasting, collections, reporting, and order processing; providing marketing/congress support; and hosting international surgeons and distributors for educational events.
