Kevin Connolly became VP of Global Client Services at Pitney Bowes in 2013. This means he guides the operations of a variety of activities spanning a number of locations such as: call centers; supply chain; IT groups around the world and the client field service business throughout Europe and North America. Other positions he has held at the firm include: VP of Strategic Transformation; head of the Program Management Office; VP of MSM Engineering and Global Supply Chain; VP of Global Supply Chain for Pitney Bowes; VP of Customer Operations for Document Messaging Technologies; and President, North American Operations for Pitney Bowes Management Services. Earlier in his Pitney Bowes career, Kevin held positions of increasing responsibility including VP of Customer Service, Mailing Systems; Director, Customer Service Field Operations, Mailing Systems; and several positions within the Mailing Systems Operations and Manufacturing Groups. He had a pivotal role in the Workforce Transition Project within Mailing Systems Division Manufacturing that redesigned the work processes and created a team environment to deliver higher levels of performance.
