Mark Roenigk became COO of Rackspace at the end of 2009 when he joined Rackspace Hosting Inc.  In this capacity, it is his job to help the company’s employees (aka Rackers) “deepen the culture of service to provide an expanding customer base with Fanatical Support(R).”  Roenigk brings to the company a wealth of experience through his position of Procurement Office and VP of Operational Excellence at eBay, where he had to ensure the smooth implementation of an operational excellence program for the company, enhancing the customer experience.
