Menards Inc. is a whole slew of privately-held home improvement chain stores in the Midwest.  Headquartered in Wisconsin, there are around 270 stores within 14 states. Each store shares a common structure, divided into the following departments: building materials, hardware, electrical, millwork, wall coverings, plumbing and housewares, floor coverings, cabinets and appliances, and groceries. Then there are the cashiers and the receiving crew at the front and back of the store. Most stores employ: one store manager, two assistant managers, a department manager, and various salesfloor team members.
