Appointed President & CEO of The Corcoran Group in 2000, Pamela Liebman joined the firm in her early 20s and in just one year became the top agent in her office, which helped cement the company’s growth downtown. It was Liebman who spearheaded the negotiations that led to the successful acquisition of The Corcoran Group by NRT, the largest real estate brokerage in America. She has overseen several major acquisitions, including prominent brokerages in Palm Beach and the Hamptons. She also directed the acquisition of Citi-Habitats and the merger of The Sunshine Group and Corcoran Group Marketing leading to the establishment of new development powerhouse, Corcoran Sunshine, solidifying Corcoran’s leadership position in the industry.  Liebman is known for being able to “identify new markets and services in the future of real estate, and put the right steps in place to take Corcoran into those areas first.”  With her at the helm, Corcoran Group Marketing was created to represent new construction projects from start to finish rendering the company the first NYC real estate firm to establish its own new development division. Liebman developed Corcoran Group Marketing into an entity that produced billions in sales, redefining the way The Corcoran Group does business.
