Patricia R. Callahan is Senior EVP of HR as well as the Wells Fargo Chief Administrative Officer. This gives her overall responsibility for: corporate communications management, corporate social responsibility, enterprise marketing, government relations, and corporate personnel. She supervises the firm’s brand, communications, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and people development efforts. Other key roles she has held at the company include: head of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Management, head of HR, head of the firm’s Wholesale Banking Systems, Finance and Operations. Callahan has been working at Wells Fargo since the 1980s.
