Philip F. Suse is a managing partner at Baker & McKenzie’s North American region as well as a member of its executive committee. In this capacity, he counsels key clients across various industries (such as airline, manufacturing, public utilities, petrochemicals, etc.). He helps them with their acquisition and divestiture activities throughout America and overseas. Other roles Suse has held at the company include: chairman of its North America Corporate and Securities practice; and a participator of its Global Mergers and Acquisitions Steering Committee. His current focus in the company is mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; securities offerings transactions; securities compliance and corporate governance matters, etc.
