Raymond P. Davis became President and CEO of Umpqua Holdings Corporation in 1999.  He is also company CFO.  In 2002, he was appointed CEO of Umpqua Bank, a subsidiary of the firm, and a year later, its President as well. Davis joined Umpqua Bank in 1994.
