Having joined the LeFrak Organization in 1968, Richard LeFrak became the company’s CEO in 2003 following the death of his father, Samuel J. LeFrak. Prior to that, in 1975 he served as the company’s President, and in 2003, as CEO and Chairman of the Board. He often appears as a guest or host on important business media programs, including CNBC and Bloomberg News. His vision and leadership continue to help develop and diversify the company. He is perhaps best known as one of the most prolific and iconic real estate developers of all time.
