Millhouse Capital LLC is a Russian holding company and U.K.-registered company established in 2001 to manage assets owned by Roman Abramovich and his partners. Millhouse controls 72 percent of Sibneft, but in 2005 this stake was sold to Gazprom for more than US$13 billion. When it began, Millhouse Capital was headquartered at Abbey House, a large two story office building on the edge of the St. George’s Hill estate. Now it is at Stamford Bridge, on the fifth floor.
