Sharon M. Brady is Senior VP of Human Resources at Illinois Tool Works Inc. In addition, she is a member of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago. At one time she was its President and sat on its Board of Directors. Brady is also a member of the Board of Directors for Aon Hewitt Human Capital Leadership Council and the Northwestern Memorial Hospital Foundation.
