Jacob Frydman co-founded United Realty Partners with Mr. Eli Verschleiser. Frydman currently sits as chairman and CEO of the firm, while Mr. Verschleiser holds the role of President. Privately held, the real estate investment and advisory firm invests in and develops properties independently and for joint accounts. It also provides clients with personalized, strategic advice. The firm is developing United Realty Trust Inc., a dual strategy REIT.
Jacob Frydman has taken part in several significant real estate developments and investments in NYC. These include the development of Two Dag Hammerskjold Plaza, the re-development of the Aetna Building, the acquisition of Global Crossing’s New York headquarters, the development of an office block for overseas missions for the UN, a successful big for Starrett Corporation, and the acquisition of 500 Tenth Avenue.
Frydman also formed a real estate investment and development firm called Hudson-York Capital LLC in 1995. He served as Managing Partner there for several years. He is also a Managing Partner and founder of Lambdastar Infrastructure Partners LLC.
