Ursula Burns

Chairman and CEO of Xerox, Ursula Burns began as an intern for the company.  It was due to her that the company acquiesced Affiliated Computer Services.  Thus, with Burns at the helm, Xerox has become, internationally, the largest business process and document management firm, boasting a revenue of $22 billion. As well, Burns is the first African-American woman CEO to head a Fortune 500 company and in 2009, was rated by Forbes as the 14th most powerful woman in the world.
