William H. Hood, III is the founder of USApubs, Inc. and National Magazine Exchange (Special Data Processing Corporation). The latter was established in 1984.  As well as its founder, Hood serves as CEO for the National Magazine Exchange, a position he has held since the beginning.  In this capacity, Hood supervises all aspects of SDP’s business, from management to marketing as well as the day-to-day running of the company.  In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of National Magazine Exchange.
